RENTAL REGISTRATION
Colgate Improvement Association is checking to insure ALL RENTAL PROPERTIES in Colgate are registered with Baltimore County Code Enforcement. Unregistered rental properties will face fines and other penalties. We are also looking into a request for limits on rental property. We treat our rental properties as members of the community. However, some folks don't treat other peoples property with the same respect.

WE HAVE PLENTY OF DRUG DEALERS OPERATING FROM HOMES AND ON STREETS IN OUR COMMUNITY.
Every day more of these individuals are identified via the Baltimore County Anonymous Drug Reporting Site and through the Association. As a result arrests are being made, raids are happening, so sooner or later these individuals will be arrested and prosecuted.
