The Colgate Improvement Association is not under the leadership of any Organization, Corporation, or Political Affiliation. All issues relating to it's Agenda, Application for Grants, or Community Activities are first approved by it's Board of Directors, Officers in Leadership, and it's active Membership Body.

We are pleased to announce that on Saturday June 8, 2013 from 10 AM - 12 PM the Baltimore County Fire Department will be in Colgate performing a Safe Neighborhood walk-through. The Fire Department will be focusing on having adequate smoke detectors and CO2 detectors in the home, as well as planning fire escape routes. In addition they will have Orange Cards available for residents to have in case of emergency, listing medical illnesses and medications taken in the home. These cards can be a lifesaver in the event of a fire or emergency and should be displayed on your fridge for Fire/EMS personnel to view!
